Remote areas and islands are not within the delivery range.

All orders will be shipped from EU local warehouse (Except some accessories)depends on your location. We offer FREE shipping on all qualified orders. TRACK YOUR ORDER:

When your order is shipped out from our warehouse,we will send an email to the email address you left when placing order, with your tracking information.
If you don't receive this email, Or you have any questions about shipping, please contact us at support_eu@euybike.com.

FOR PRE-ORDER E-BIKE:

From time to time, we offer PRE ORDER on the product page. Please refer to the product page for detailed PRE ORDER shipping time.

For more shipping information, please send an email to support_eu@euybike.com. We will get back to you within 2 business day.

You can check your order even if you aren't a register Euybike user. You just need your email and order number.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact DPD to solve this issue.

Shipping changes and order cancellations


Before shipment


Cancellation of order: No fee will be charged.

Change of address: No fee.

Exchanges and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly less than the original order, a processing fee of 10% of the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.

If a customer cancels an order during the extension period, a 4% fee will be charged. Orders canceled by the customer will not be charged if they are rescheduled twice or more.

After shipment

Cancellation of Order: If your order has been shipped and cannot be changed, you may refuse the package and a cancellation fee of 10% of the e-bike cost will be charged.


Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs of €150. Hemiway will provide a return shipping label and a designated carrier will collect the returned package.

Customers can also handle returns themselves or handle the shipping of packages themselves. More information is available on the Refund Policy - Model Replacements and Returned Parts page.

Change of address: If you successfully change your address, you will be charged a €20 processing fee. If you do not change your address you can reject the package and 10% of the ebike price will be charged as a re-shipping fee. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs of €150.

Replacements and exchanges:

A) If your exchange is successful, a handling fee of 20 will be charged.

B) If you fail to make changes, you can reject the package and 10% of the ebike fee will be charged as heavy shipping.

C) If you fail to reject the item but still wish to cancel the order, a handling fee of 10% of the ebike price will be charged and the customer will also be responsible for a reshipment fee of €150.
